Recommended Usage
As a dietary supplement we recommend taking two capsules per day, with or without food, for a total daily dosage of 1000 mg. While higher doses can be taken safely side effects are more likely when exceeding 2000 mg per day, so we recommend reducing your dosage if you experience any adverse side effects.
