    Cordyceps Sinensis is also name Chinese caterpillar fungus. Cordyceps Sinensis contains crude proteins 25.32%, crude fat 8.4%, crude fibrin 18.53%, carbohydrate 28.9%, ash 4.1%, water 10.84%, beside of cordycepic acid about 7%, it also contains 12 kinds of free amino acids, and Vitamin B12, alkaloid etc.

    Our Cordyceps Sinensis Polysaccharides is extracted the effect component from high quality Cordyceps Sinensis mycelium (CS-4). The main component of Cordyceps Sinensis is polysaccharides, mannitol, adenosine. Cordyceps Sinensis polysacchaides which is extracted through hot water has strength anti-cancer activity.

    Modern pharmacology research results confirmed that the winter Chinese caterpillar fungus contains Chinese caterpillar fungus polysaccharide, cordyceps acid by about 7%, about 28.9% carbohydrate, fat around 8.4%, about 25% protein, 80% fat for unsaturated fatty acid, protein contains 18 kinds of amino acids, in addition, still contain a variety of vitamins and minerals, antimicrobial active substances, alkaloids, new immunosuppressants, superoxide dismutase (sod), ergot corticoids, six carbon sugar alcohol, etc.
