Vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopherol) D-alpha Tocopherol Oil
Products Description
Vitamin E is a group of fat soluble compounds that include four tocopherols and four tocotrienols. Vitamin E cannot be synthesized by the body itself but need to be obtained from the diet or supplements. The main four components of natural vitamin E, including naturally-occurring d-alpha, d-beta, d-gamma and d-delta tocopherols. Compared to the synthetic form (dl-alpha-tocopherol), the natural form of vitamin E, d-alpha-tocopherol, is better retained by the body. The bioavailability (availability for use by the body) is 2:1 for natural-source Vitamin E over synthetic Vitamin E.
Vitamin e cosmetic grade is a clear, amber color, viscous oil having a slight characteristic vegetable oil aroma and a mild tasteand its biological avtivity is three times higher than synthetic V. D-Alpha Tocopherol 1000-1490IU may oxidize upon exposure to air and light, resulting in gradual darkening. Nitrogen blanketing and protection from light, from heat, from transition metals, and from alkalis are recommended.
Vitamin e for face, also known as Vitamin E, is a brown-red or transparent light yellow oily liquid with a mild, special smell and taste. It is easily soluble in ethanol, acetone, ether, chloroform or vegetable oil, and almost insoluble in water.
It has a high boiling point (250°C) and is heat-stable. It oxidizes in air and light and turns dark red. It has no calories and
does not participate in human metabolism. Vitamin e for face is a fat-soluble vitamin with high antioxidant activity and is one of the indispensable vitamins for the human body.
Vitamin e cosmetic grade is a mixed tocopherol containing multiple monomers, but vitamin e cosmetic grade is superior to synthetic VE in terms of both physiological activity and antioxidant capacity, and vitamin e for face has no side effects on the human body. Therefore, in the food, nutritional health products, cosmetics and other industries, vitamin e cosmetic grade is favored by consumers.

Natural food grade bulk vitamin mixed tocopherols from distillated and deoderizated oil. It can be extracted and purificated into various natural vitamin E after the pretreatment, adsorption separation, hydroxyl methyl and hydrogenation transformation chemical process.
D-Alpha mixed tocopheryl oil is natural antioxidant derived from soybean fatty acid or otheredible vegetable oil fatty acids, and is clear reddish brown viscous oily liquid, with slight odor of vegetable oil,Mixed tocoherols 90%-95% can be widely used in food, dietary supplement, feed and industrial fields.
D- alpha mixed tocopheryl oil are a family of compounds that together make up different forms of vitamin E. When you buy a supplement that's advertised as "mixed tocopherols," you're purchasing a mixture of several different types of vitamin E.
There are eight naturally occurring forms of vitamin E, including four tocopherols: alpha-tocopherol, beta-tocopherol,gamma-tocopherol, and delta-tocopherol. Each has a slightly different chemical structure. These tocopherols often are combined in supplements with tocotrienols, similar vitamin E compounds that also come in alpha-, beta-, gamma-, and delta- forms.
Mixed tocopherols 90%-95% are found in oils (including olive oil, sunflower oil, and soybean oil), nuts, seeds, and in some leafy green vegetables, such as spinach.

- Ideal to stabilize oils and fats in cosmetic products (prevents rancidity)
- Has excellent antioxidant, moisturizing and soothing properties on the skin
- Often used in anti-aging products as rejuvenating and regenerating agent
Applications
D alpha tocopherol is a light yellow viscous oily liquid, odorless and tasteless; Insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, ethyl ether, acetone, chloroform and grease, in medical, health care, feed, food and cosmetics industry has a wide range of Applications.
D alpha tocopherol can also be used to delay aging, as well as deficiency caused by leachate and inflammatory skin diseases, skin keratinization, hair loss, and abnormal fat absorption, but its efficacy is uncertain.
- Applied in functional food gelatin pearl,
- food nutritive fortifiers,
- additives of high-end cosmetics,
- raw materials of high quality animal feedstuffs and derivatives for the production of Vitamin E.
Use
0.5-2.5% final concentration for skin effects, 0.1-1.0% for stabilizing oils in products. For external use only.
